Return & Refund Policy

At Fomo Designs, all of our products are made to order, and we are committed to providing you with high-quality items that you’ll love. Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to ensuring you receive a product that meets our quality standards. Please review our policy below to understand when a replacement or refund may be issued.

As a small business, we strive to provide detailed product information on our website to help you make informed purchase decisions. If you have any doubts or concerns before placing your order, we encourage you to reach out to us for clarification.

Conditions to our Replacement and Refund Policy
While we cannot accept returns or exchanges, we do offer replacements or refunds under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, with 3 photos from different angles of the damage.
  • Defective Products: If the product you receive has a manufacturing defect, please notify us as soon as possible, with 3 photos from different angles of the defect.
  • Missing Products: If you do not receive all the items in your order, please contact us immediately.
  • Incorrect Item Delivered: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

 
Product Issues: Reporting and Resolution
We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon arrival. If your product is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@fomodesigns.net within 7 days of delivery. Include a description of the issue and 3 photos from different angles of the product to help us expedite your request.

Incorrect Item
An incorrect item is defined as receiving a completely different product than the one ordered.

Examples that qualify for replacement or refund:

  • You ordered a T-Shirt and received a Sweatshirt.
  • You ordered a Desk Mat and received a Bean Bag Chair Cover.

Examples that do not qualify for replacement:

  • You ordered a size small bean bag chair cover and feel it is too small.
  • You ordered a floral pattern throw cushion and feel the color is slightly different from what was displayed online.

 
If your case qualifies, we will either:

  • Send you a replacement at no extra cost, or
  • Process a refund to your original payment method.


Please note: A replacement order will be created without requiring the incorrect item to be sent back to us.

Items Not Received After 30 Days
If you have not received your item after 30 days from the shipment date (excluding shipments marked as delivered by the carrier), you are eligible for a refund.

  • Tracking Status Shows "Delivered": If your tracking number indicates that the package was delivered, please contact courier service used for assistance.
  • Tracking Status Shows "Not Delivered": A replacement order, with the same shipping speed as your original order, will be created at no extra cost to you.

Refunds
If your return is approved due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@fomodesigns.net.

  • Dissatisfaction with Products: We do not offer replacements or refunds due to dissatisfaction with an item that meets the product description and specifications provided on our website.
